With financial support from the National Wine Agency and the organization of the Norwegian companyGvino AS”, the Georgian Wine Festival was held at the historical building "Gamle Logen" in the capital of Norway, Oslo.

Georgian wine-producing companies participating in the festival were: “Gura”, “Viniveria”, “Gios Marani”, “Tavankari”, “Baia Wine”, “Papari Valley”, “Villa Mosavali”, “BJ Wines”, “Tsinandali Vineyards”, “Ethno”, “Bediani”, “Pheasant’s TearsandLabara”.

The event included professional tastings of Georgian wines, presentations, B2B meetings, and a seminar, which were attended by local importers, distributors, HoReCa sector representatives, and media.

The company "Gvino AS" has been actively promoting Georgian wine in the Norwegian market since 2018. Its activities include organizing tastings, master classes, and various cultural events.

The Georgian Wine Festival in Norway was first held in 2023 and has since established itself as one of the key platforms for promoting Georgian wine.

According to data from 2025, 137,724 liters of wine were exported from Georgia to the Kingdom of Norway, which is 27% more than the same period last year.

With the support of the National Wine Agency, a number of important marketing activities have been carried out in recent years to increase the awareness of Georgian wine in Scandinavian and Northern European countries. In particular, campaigns were conducted in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Iceland.

Marketing campaigns and events to promote Georgian wine will continue actively in these markets in 2026.
